    Our way of working

  • uses an approach similar to sports coaching. We propose a number of short sessions, so that new skills can be practiced between the sessions, and real and lasting change can most easily result

  • resolves current ''live'' work-related issues. We work alongside people as they explore the issues that are important to them and help them find ways of generating solutions that they can carry out themselves

  • integrates development. We overlap solutions to key problems with the development needs of individuals and teams.

    We tailor our approach directly to you in the light of your specific circumstances and challenges, and design the briefest package of support possible, to minimise time away from work and to help you achieve more from your budget.

    Who we are

    We are a dedicated team of corporate coaches, all with substantial line management experience in both the private and public sector - working in the UK and globally.
